"The reclaimed oak flooring we purchased was exactly what we had hoped it would be. Kim was very nice and was well on top of the order the entire process. The only critique I would give is that the wood needs to be more securely strapped for shipping. The tractor trailer showed up with some of the wood strewn from breaking loose of its straps. Aside from that, nothing was damaged (I think if it had been, it would have just added to the great look). The installation went great and the floor is stunning. Lots of compliments. We used Waterlox as the finish and so glad we did. Would definitely recommend Am. Reclaimed to everyone".

"Great Experience 2x I've used Steve at American Reclaimed Wood for 2 projects. The first was 6,000 sq ft for our house, the other was for our office that had a 1,000 sq ft architectural element. Both times Steve and his wife delivered exactly what he sent me in the pictures. Our floors in our house turned out unbelievable and we get comments on them the second someone walks through the doors. The office has it hung from the ceiling and it has brought the outside in as we left it all unfinished. Steve was great to work with and always returned a call or text and kept me up to date on the shipping and where we were in the process. We will use Steve again for future projects as they arise and give his information to anyone looking for great reclaimed wood for their projects".

"I purchased reclaimed hardwood twice from American Reclaimed Floors. It does take a while to get it so make sure you can order it in advance. I got great service and the product is something that you are not going to find at Home Depot. This is the real deal. It is truly reclaimed wood that is very beautiful. It is rough cut. If you are looking for fake rough cut go to Home Depot. If you want something nobody else has then this is for you".

Old Growth Vertical Grain Doug Fir
"Cool product, if you can get them to answer their phone or text messages, or voicemail. Horrible customer service - not professional at all!!! I would stay away from this company. I bought flooring from them but had a nightmare trying to deal with them! Came close to calling my credit card company's dispute department to cancel payment to them".
